Paul’s career has spanned 29 years to date, primarily in the asset finance domain where he has held senior positions in Lombard Asset Finance as Regional Director for the North and National Head of Business Development & Specialist Sectors.
The latter incorporating leading the teams engaged in the commercial broker interface and direct Business Development. Additionally, the role saw Paul hold direct responsibility for the evolution of the renewables & energy sector proposition, the Commercial Marine & Aviation businesses and the interface with the groups vehicle contract hire partners.

Following the growth and development of those businesses, Paul took up an opportunity for which he was specifically approached in mid 2017 by a leading alternative finance provider. He departed Lombard and the NatWest Group to take up a role at that equity backed pan-European specialist lender as Head of Specialist Finance to develop their proposition. Having played a pivotal role in establishing their operational and client facing proposition, he then left that business in late 2019 to follow his dream of establishing his own firms which now encapsulate all his personal and business beliefs.
