In February 2024, following on from gathering over 16 years experience working in the asset finance market, Andy founded Constructive Asset Finance. His belief is that the availability & appropriate structuring of finance is a key enabler of growth for businesses of all sizes that most don't have access to. Constructive Asset Finance was established to provide that access by finding the right solution to make business assets work for their business. By taking a whole market approach to finding the best matched funding solution, businesses from start-up, through SME and to corporate size can be supported to build and grow.

After graduating from the University of Manchester with a BSC Hons in Management, Andy started out his working life at Enterprise Rent-A-Car where he quickly became a branch manager, overseeing a rental fleet of 250 vehicles and 12 members of staff.

From there, the journey into finance began, taking a position at Lombard, the asset finance arm of Natwest Group where he developed his skills and supported customers from micro-SMEs to listed corporates.

After 10 successful years with the bank, he moved into the wider broking market as a Relationship Director for White Oak and latterly as Sales Director for MAF Finance Group. During this time, Andy has supported businesses with over £400m of funding delivered through asset finance, invoice finance, project finance and commercial loans whilst developing a strong professional network with other trusted advisors
